All of the folks at PrimeCare Home Medical were very helpful. I had a basic understanding of what I thought I needed, but had no idea how to go about getting it ordered and paid for by Medicare and my supplemental insurance. They handled it all. Mr Dr sent the Rx, I answered some questions and provided my insurance. I was originally looking for a refurbished AirSense Mini Travel CPAP machine. I knew Medicare wouldn’t pay for the travel Mini, so I thought if I could find a cheaper, refurbished unit, I would save some cash. But Megan told me they don’t sell used equipment, BUT they would offer me a discount as a new customer! I mean who does that? Then when I arrived at the office Jordan was great! He walked me through all the steps to get me ready to travel! And he “re-linked” my inherited AirSense 11, and changed the settings for my Rx.Their customer service is awesome! Thank you guys!

I have a sleep apnea machine, and although at first hesitant of the device, I can state with confidence how much I appreciate it, and especially the staff at Prime Care.The small machine is self-explanatory to install and use but the staff is awesome! Without a doubt, excellent customer service!The team (i.e. the home or office-visit technician and especially working with Maegan) is kind, responsive, thorough and professional. Prime Care is excellent. From equipment to customer service. It’s my first time using a CPAP. Eduardo S. took his time educating me on the machine, selecting the right mask, and answering all of my questions. Daniela verified my insurance coverage and explained financial responsibilities in detail. Charity also verified my prescription and assisted with scheduling my appointment with Eduardo. The office is in a very nice and quiet location. I felt comfortable right away. They all provided me assurance to contact them if I had any questions at all. I highly recommend Prime Care. Thank you all so much for making me feel at ease and excited to finally get a good night sleep.

I switched over to Prime Care about 2 years ago and it has been night and day compared to the other companies I used. They answer the phone, they talk to you and they try to solve the problems. Whether it was with my. Pressure or the mask… They always had a solution. They don’t nag you and just remind you when you’re supposed to get something changed. They’re always friendly and I’ve made my wife switched to them after she did her 13 months with the company her doctor made her go to. I’m all the way in Boynton Beach and I still use them.

My mom received her perfect hospital bed, was assembled by a very efficient driver. I called other places, no comparison, beds not up to par. As a long-standing client, I recently received my quarterly supply two weeks ago. Upon realizing that the partial order was sent in error, I contacted the company to discuss the matter. The representative assured me that the most appropriate course of action was to dispatch a driver to exchange the incorrect item. While I was initially pleased with this resolution, the driver failed to arrive. I subsequently contacted the company again, and I was informed that the correct item would be dispatched within a week. However, I am concerned that a week is an unacceptable timeframe for such a critical matter, particularly given that the error was made by the company. It is imperative that CPAP machine supplies are in optimal condition to ensure the well-being of the customer.
