Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Prime Care HME. After taking the time to coordinate a three-way call with my insurance representative and Megan from their team to clearly explain my coverage and benefits, I expected things to move forward smoothly. However, not long after, I received a call from Daniella stating they would not be filling the prescription because they assumed my insurance wouldn’t cover it.What makes this even more frustrating is that they hadn't even run the insurance before making that decision. It’s unacceptable to dismiss a patient’s request based on assumptions rather than facts — especially after I went out of my way to clarify my coverage in detail. The lack of follow-through and professionalism shows a real disregard for patient care and communication.I would not recommend Prime Care HME to anyone looking for reliable or responsive medical supply services.

I have been using the minimalist face covering for 4 months and have noticed an improvement in sleep hours, diminished incidents of apnea, and increased energy. Just as important though is the support from the company via podcasts, web trends, and daily/long term performance measurement. Primecare has been a lifesaver for me. I was having such a difficult time with my previous medical equip company on getting a more up to date/modern CPAP machine. I found Primecare online and called and spoke with Maegan who was absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me very thoroughly. She processed my order and made everything smooth and pleasant. (Im pretty sure she heard my frustration in needing this machine and the run around I had already been given). Next day I receive a call from Jordan who was on his way with my new machine. He got to my home, set it up and explained every detail to me so that I wouldn’t have any issues. Jordan was professional, thorough and punctual. Excellent experience at Prime Care. I met with Ed to select a CPAP machine and he spent 30+ minutes reviewing the different options, explaining the nuances between each machine and then fitting me with several choices. He was very knowledgeable about the machines and helped me make the right selection. I have been extremely happy with the choice and credit Ed for investing the time to help. Prime Care also reached out to me when it was time for replacement parts. Really appreciate their service!
Excellent service! Eduardo, the owner did the fitting and did a fantastic job! He even gave me a bottle of distilled water so that I could go straight home and use my machine. I did just that, I went home, connected my machine and took the best 3 hour nap I have ever taken. The treatment really works and these new Resmed Airsense 11 machines with the heated tubing are fantastic. I'm super glad that my doctor prescribed this machine and that Prime Care filled the order.
Being raised in Miami I am always wary of medical supply companies! This place is amazing, I had the pleasure of coming in person for a mask fitting. Ed was professional and patient. He really waited to find the perfect fit and made me comfortable. Yvonne and Maegen in the office really knew their stuff. We had snags with insurance and the lead me through it. I highly highly recommend this honest and good company.

My ENT recommended this company after I had been a victim - I mean a customer - of ROTECH for many years, putting up with their abuse and lousy service. At Prime Care I was taken care of quickly and efficiently; they sent me my new machine THE NEXT DAY! I found that I needed an end cap in place of the reservoir. I called and they sent that the next day, too. I could not be happier with them than I am now.
This business and its "sister" business next door (SpecMedical) are almost certainly fraudulent. Employees of this business volunteered to me that they are "sister" businesses, but that only one of them takes insurance. With high probability, they don't take _your_ insurance, though - they claimed to me that they only take blue cross, Medicaid and Medicare, but perhaps they will give you a different answer when you come in. Instead of letting you get your prescription filled with them, they will try to convince you to pay out of pocket at their "sister" business. This is definitely not a good idea, because you won't be able to negotiate a fair price. Avoid these scammers! Surely there's some honest medical equipment supplier in Miami, so try elsewhere.
