Just received my CPAP machine after getting fitted for it, including being walked through the many features and reporting benefits in monitoring my sleep Apnea. Daniela, Jordan and Yadir did a great job showing me (and my wife) the best way to use and care for this new machine. Estoy buscando un proveedor de servicios y mis dos experiencias anteriores intentandolo fueron un total desastre, pues la primera puerta, que es la atencion al cliente, fue horrible.....Asi que hoy fui mas exhaustiva en mi busqueda por lo mejor, y esta compañia me resulto atractiva, no solamente por sus buenos reviews y las respuestas personalizadas a cada comentario, sino por la alta competencia y profesionalidad en los servicios que se describen, ademas de algo mas cercana a mi hogar en funcion de los deliveries.Fui atendida por la señorita Daniela Giraldo en el area de facturacion. Ella fue super amable, profesional, tuvo paciencia para escuchar mi caso y se mostro muy colaborativa por lo que les envie la documentacion inicial para iniciar mi proceso con ustedes. Mis espectativas son altas. No las dejen caer, por favor.....Pues pasaron 4 dias de mi inicial review y lo que a continuacion añadire es para reforzar mi primera impresion. Tal y como Daniela me notifico en los estimados, no tuve sorpresas con pagos adicionales. El servicio del tecnico Yahnib Martin, fue de primera, muy profesional, llamo antes de llegar a casa para entregar el equipo y dar las instrucciones correspondientes. Fue puntual en su arribo de acuerdo al horario pactado y fue bien explicito y paciente durante todo el proceso.Finalmente, gracias PrimeCare por su excelencia y profesionalidad. Jordan Montes fitted me for my mask for my Apap devise. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answered every question and was very professional.
Terrible customer service. I've been calling for over two weeks to get a mask replaced and it's been impossible to get through. I've left five voicemails and they still haven't returned my call.
As a long-standing client, I recently received my quarterly supply two weeks ago. Upon realizing that the partial order was sent in error, I contacted the company to discuss the matter. The representative assured me that the most appropriate course of action was to dispatch a driver to exchange the incorrect item. While I was initially pleased with this resolution, the driver failed to arrive. I subsequently contacted the company again, and I was informed that the correct item would be dispatched within a week. However, I am concerned that a week is an unacceptable timeframe for such a critical matter, particularly given that the error was made by the company. It is imperative that CPAP machine supplies are in optimal condition to ensure the well-being of the customer.
Personnel was cordial and helpful. Delivery of equipment done very efficiently. Perhaps response could have been faster in the initial stages and a more proactive stance could have accelerated things. At the end, we got the CPAP delivered before my scheduled trip.
Super helpful , they let me try all the masks till I found the right fit . Eduardo is a great teacher I was able to use my c-sap very successfully on the first day. They were also super accommodating by helping me with out a. Appointment. I live in Pembroke Pines and happen to be in the area.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I am extremely grateful that my doctor’s office chose this company to send me my BiPap machine. First and foremost they really go above and beyond the call of duty. From educating me on how to properly care for my machine, to being able to exchange my mask as I am a newly diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea patient. They have made me feel at ease and never once I felt judged or uncomfortable while voicing concerns. I would highly recommend this company! Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Prime Care HME. After taking the time to coordinate a three-way call with my insurance representative and Megan from their team to clearly explain my coverage and benefits, I expected things to move forward smoothly. However, not long after, I received a call from Daniella stating they would not be filling the prescription because they assumed my insurance wouldn’t cover it.What makes this even more frustrating is that they hadn't even run the insurance before making that decision. It’s unacceptable to dismiss a patient’s request based on assumptions rather than facts — especially after I went out of my way to clarify my coverage in detail. The lack of follow-through and professionalism shows a real disregard for patient care and communication.I would not recommend Prime Care HME to anyone looking for reliable or responsive medical supply services.

Yahnib Martin came over to my residence to deliver the sleep machine. He took great care to go over and explain every detail that I needed to know.
